We reviewed the walnut kernels export data in the world for 2010-2015 in the following text. In this context, the main producers and exporters of walnuts are introduced in the world.
We found that the countries of America, China, Iran, Chile and Ukraine are the most important producers of walnuts in the world, according to the annual walnut production data in different parts of the world and the survey of walnut kernels. Given that each country uses a percentage of its products in its domestic market, the ranking of countries in exports will be different from production. Below are export statistics.
Walnut kernels export data
The walnut kernels export data survey shows that in the years 2010 to 2015, the average US share of walnut exports was about 47%. With this contribution, the country is the first to export Walnuts and Walnuts. Also, Ukraine and Chile are second and third. The share of these countries in exports of walnuts and walnuts was about 13% and 7%, respectively. The countries of China and Iran, despite their high production, have fewer exports due to their large domestic consumption.
